kid’s yoga
A fun class encouraging body awareness and control through yoga postures; creative sequences including animals, trees, and aeroplane shapes. Children are encouraged to find focus and concentration. Kid’s yoga helps to build physical and emotional intelligence in a non competitive, non judgemental environment. This can result in increased self confidence, tolerance to others and compassion. Help your child’s body and mind to develop in a balanced way. Ages 3-7 and 8-11. Some classes require parents to join in, please check with the teacher.
