pregnancy, birth and beyond

We have a variety of classes where you can meet other mothers, work with your body to enjoy pregnancy, prepare for birth and get back into shape afterwards. There are also a new range of classes focusing on music and movement for babies and toddlers. We have many therapies which can help you in your pregnancy. For you and your baby after the birth we have our new family clinics offering homeopathy and cranio sacral therapy.
