post natal yoga
A time for you after the birth to relax, reclaim your body and regain your strength. this class works deeply with the breath using simple yoga postures, with a focus on the abdominal area and pelvic floor. Babies are present in the class but not involved in the yoga, you can come in and out of your practice to attend to them as needed. There is a crèche worker in the room to help take care of your baby. Babies are welcome up until they are crawling.
