If you are looking for a more cardio vascular workout check out ashtanga or hatha fusion, if you want a quieter practice try iyengar or beginners yoga. There are also a combination of courses and drop in classes throughout the week. For complete beginners we have two foundation courses, iyengar and beginners yoga.
