ashtanga yoga

A dynamic high heat practice to tone, strengthen and detoxify. ashtanga yoga consists of a flowing sequence of poses which eventually build up to the full primary series, which is a two hour long practice! In this class you will repeat the same sequence of poses each week, ultimately committing it to memory and moving on to self practice.
