Yin yoga is a quiet, slow, meditative practice. Postures which are close to the ground are held for three minutes or more and are combined with mindfulness practice. The purpose is to relax the body and open the mind. Promoting calmness, well being and mental clarity. Open to all, no prior experience needed.
